Two friendly and professional gentlemen worked on my two plumbing problems. They were courteous and hard-working. They cleaned up after the job was finished. They checked in with me as the work was progressing. all three of us were smiles as we parted ways. I think Duncan Plumbing and all of the workers are of top quality.

She handled the scheduling, invoice, and overall coordination, and answered all my questions with ease. She communicated with me through text, email, and phone and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt confident moving forward.

I also want to recognize Scott, the owner, who came by to assess the project. It was clear he was not trying to upsell me or push unnecessary work. He genuinely seemed to care about doing the job right and gave me a lot of confidence in moving forward with the work.

Frank and Isaac, who replaced an offset toilet flange and a 90-degree pipe fitting under the house, were friendly, communicative, and considerate throughout the entire process. They did a fantastic job, and I really appreciated their professionalism and skill. They clearly knew what they were doing and took care to leave everything clean and in great shape!

My neighbor had great things to say about Duncan plumbing so I gave them a call to service a leak in the main pressure regulator on my house. They showed up just hours later and fixed it immediately. From the scheduler answering the phones to the technician that came to my house, they were professional and great communicators. The tech also looked into a secondary issue that I had with my radiant heater while onsite. He was patient and informative. I will definitely be using Duncan Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.
