Capitola, the oldest beach resort on the West Coast, is believed to have been named by Frederick A. Hihn in the 1870s. The region grew out of what was previously known as Soquel Landing, and Soquel Landing had derived its name from a dock located at the mouth of Soquel Creek. The dock served as the outlet for lumber and produce grown in the interior, and it dates back to the 1850s.

Jorge explained everything they did. It was an all day job. They put slippers on and off when entering the home, they completely cleaned everything up before leaving and left the inside of the home and the subarea in perfect condition. Both Jorge and his coworker were clearly working hard and well together. A very pleasant experience!

Jorge was very helpful and professional in explaining the problem we are experiencing with water in the crawl space beneath our house and the existing sump pump we have. I really appreciated his willingness to go into the wet crawl space area to get a clearer understanding of the situation.

I needed a plumber, leak under my kitchen sink. I checked on the internet and saw Duncan Plumbing had very good reviews. Called and talked with Abby. She scheduled the job for the next day. They called ahead to be sure I was there. Jorge O. was sent to my apartment. He was very professional and identified himself at the door. Checked out the problem, gave me 2 estimates. He called the office to check on a discount for me. He gave me time to consult with my son. Did a great job and I think the area under my sink was cleaner when he left then when he arrived!! Would definitely recommend Jorge O. & Duncan Plumbing. Will be the first plumbing company I call if I need assistance again and hopefully Jorge O. will be available. Thanks so much.
