Nui and Duncan Plumbing are number one knowledgeable professionals. The problem was diagnosed and addressed quickly, nothing was oversold and the price reasonable. Nui went above and beyond making sure everything was addressed in a reasonable amount of time. These are the kind of people homeowners want to keep on speed dial!
The plumber from Duncan arrived earlier than the scheduled window (which was great!). He was very thorough, friendly, and explained everything clearly. He finished the work quickly, and had the site cleaned up and back to normal well before the estimated finish time. Zero negatives to report. All positives.

The guy's were great. They were able to diagnose the problem and got fixed right away on the spot. Great service and the price was amazing.
My only issue was with the price. $500+ to snake a drain in 15 minutes seems a bit steep. But they are the only company who would come out in the short / urgent timeframe I had so it was worth the price to me.
Called Duncan Plumbing to fix a Rinnai tankless water heater that wasn't pushing hot water to our showers. Duncan Plumbing gave an appointment window of 12-2 the next day. They called the day of and asked if it was OK if Jorge came earlier - we said: "Of course!". Jorge got here earlier than 12, was wearing PPE to protect us and himself, he checked out the tank and within 10 minutes had found the problem and fixed it within a half-hour of arrival and now we have hot water again - THANK YOU JORGE and DUNCAN PLUMBING! Highly recommended, very professional.

I asked for someone to come out and turn off the gas to my stove and when Jorge arrived, he saw there was a shut-off valve and showed us how to use it to safely disconnect the stove ourselves. This was important since we are remodeling our kitchen and this means we can disconnect at our convenience rather than having to rely on Jorge. Thank you for taking the time to really care for your customer!
After contacting Duncan, the technician arrived ahead of schedule (after contacting us to make sure an earlier appointment meet our convenience), and quickly diagnosed our plumbing problem. While maintaining social distancing, he fixed our problem, made sure it meet our need and made sure the work area was clean. Everything done as we wanted. Could not have been done any better.
The two gentlemen that showed up (on time, no less) to snake out our shower drain were very courteous and made every effort to mitigate dirt, etc., in the house. Even when it was discovered that the drain was actually clogged with rust and needed to be replaced, these two gentlemen were fast and efficient and had our problem taken care of in no time. We now have a working shower!!
