Duncan's plumbing was great! Easy to make an appointment and then reschedule! Jacy was right on time for the initial assessment of my problem. He was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! He gave me great advice regarding different ideas that might work better! No pressure ! The next morning he was right on time and right to work! I had a plumbing situation spring up at 5pm on a Friday. I called Duncan Plumbing and immediately was connected with the office who was so nice and helpful. I was scheduled for service the next day. By noon the issue had been fixed.
I have been using Duncan for the last 6 years and have been incredibly happy with the outcome of all their work. Staff and technicians are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

We had a leak in our master bathroom on our claw foot tub. One company we usually used does not do claw foot tubs, so I called Duncan. They came out to estimate quickly, and also were able to schedule the repair as soon as I could work it into my schedule.
