We were very impressed with Frank and Jose who were sent out to us after a phone call to Duncan Plumbing. They assessed our problem, quickly acquired the needed parts, replaced the leaking water line to our refrigerator and added a shutoff valve. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and a couple of nice guys as well. We will definitely call upon Duncan Plumbing again for any plumbing needs we might have.

After a washing machine repair person told us the issue was with a leaking pipe in the wall, we called Duncan Plumbing. They came out quickly, ran a diagnostic to confirm the problem, and offered an extensive plumbing replacement as solution. The price was higher than I had wanted to pay, so the plumber worked with me to design a smaller repair which would still stop the leak. Problem solved; appreciate the flexibility.

Nick was very thorough and detailed in his repairs. He fully resolved the plumbing issues that we had and explained everything well. We will definitely utilize Duncan Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs. Thanks again Nick!

I am amending my original review after a couple of conversations with them regarding the charges for a clogged drain which was unsuccessfully cleared. They agreed to refund me $100 from the service since they weren’t able to clear it. They also wrote a proposal to repair the line and issue a partial credit of what I paid for the original service. That is good customer service. I felt heard and that is just good business. Local company taking care of locals. Jacy the tech gets props as well he was courteous and knowledgeable. If you want to hire a plumber with integrity look no further.

Duncan's plumbing was great! Easy to make an appointment and then reschedule! Jacy was right on time for the initial assessment of my problem. He was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! He gave me great advice regarding different ideas that might work better! No pressure ! The next morning he was right on time and right to work! I had a plumbing situation spring up at 5pm on a Friday. I called Duncan Plumbing and immediately was connected with the office who was so nice and helpful. I was scheduled for service the next day. By noon the issue had been fixed.
I have been using Duncan for the last 6 years and have been incredibly happy with the outcome of all their work. Staff and technicians are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend!
